Included in the 'Pay per use' there is assistance provided by email to technical or medical questions which can be followed by any telephone contact based on the time slots indicated by you. A tele-assistance service is also available through which our technicians can operate remotely, via the internet connection, directly on the PC avoiding sending the PC to our office.
